G2 Summer 2024 badges are out, and we are thrilled to be included once again. 

If you are unfamiliar with G2, it is a technology review platform that attracts over 80 million visitors each year and features two million trusted and verified reviews. 

The badges awarded by G2 are based on feedback and votes from actual customers and community members, rather than nominations from the companies themselves. It’s an excellent method to gauge sentiment not only about our product but also about our competitors’ offerings, providing an accurate snapshot of our position.

What do these badges really mean? 

A High performer award signifies that a product is well-regarded by its users for quality and satisfaction, even if it hasn’t reached the market dominance of larger, more established competitors.

A Momentum Leader on G2 signifies that the product is not only well-regarded by users but is also growing rapidly and gaining traction in its market.

The Best Support badge indicates that a company excels in assisting its customers, resolving their issues efficiently, and providing a high level of customer care.

Which badges are we proud of? 

We’re excited about all of our badges, but the Easiest to Do Business With and Easiest to Set Up badges particularly highlight our customer focus.

The Easiest to Do Business With badge shows that customers find it easy to work with us. This includes great customer support, simple contracts, easy integration and use of our products, and honest business practices. It means we often go above and beyond to make buying, setting up, and using our products as easy as possible for our customers.

The Easiest to Set Up badge shows that our platform is simple to get started with. Users say it doesn’t require much effort to set up, comes with clear instructions, and is easy to use from the start. This is great for companies who want to quickly and easily add our product to their systems without interrupting their normal work.

Having our customers and community recognize us in these categories tells us that we are not just making a platform that is powerful and easy to use, but that we are also doing an excellent job supporting our customers.
